Swasthya Bhabna Welfare Society is a registered non governmental, non-profitable civil society organization. It is registered under W.B. Socities Registration Act XXVI of 1961); Regd. No. : S/95275 of 1999-2000. Our registered office is at 15/C, Raja K.L. Goswami Street, P.O : Serampore, Dist : Hooghly, Pin : 712 201. Swasthya Bhabna Welfare Scoiety started its journey in the year 1999 & has completed its glorious 19 years towards their destination.
As a NGO we work on several sectors but we focus on specially Health, Awareness, Education, Women Empowerment. We publish magazine on health named Swasthya Bhabna Masik, where we try to solve the queires regarding health, to aware people on new health issues & their symptoms along with the precautions as it is very truely said that "Precaution is better than Cure."
Swasthya Bhabna Masik is published regularly on monthly basis from its inception till date. Swasthya Niye Bhabna is a health oriented Book owned by our Society, published from Saiba Prakashini of Kolkata for the general public. Another 3 Books named as Chhande Pradipdeuti and Galpe Bhabna and Rabindrabhabna owned by our Society
We conduct Health Camps, Yoga Camps, Blood donation Camps. Apart from this we organize Cultural Programmes, Independence Day, Republic Day, celebrate the birth days of renouned people like Netaji, Mahatma Gandhi & so on.
We conduct training camps for underprevileged women, so that they can build up an earning source for thier family & themselves too.
Swasthya Bhabna Welfare Society is committed for the healthcare of children, adolescents and mothers from underprivileged communities. It happens through direct medical support and indirectly through community awareness, empowerment and participation.
